Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems which guarantee a safe trading environment. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions given to you by Piraeus Bank or Paypal.
Cash on delivery – Payment upon receipt of the order at your location:
Pay the employee of our company or Courier, with the delivery of your order to your place. The cash on delivery method is FREE for Mytilini and Kalloni and at a very low cost (depending on the weight) for the whole of Greece.
By deposit to a bank account:
* In the case of a bank transfer from another bank, the amount of the bank commission charged to the customer is €3.00
* FOR PAYMENTS FROM ABROAD, the available payment methods are: 1) Piraeus Bank or Paypal, 2) Deposit to a bank account.
Receipt and payment of your order at our company’s store:
At the final stage of completing the order, select “Pick up from store” in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain in our store. Payment of the order will be made at the cashier of the store upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made in the store. You must have your credit card and ID (or passport) with you when paying for your order at the store’s checkout.
Orders over €500 for individuals and over €1500 for businesses:
According to the applicable tax provisions, from 03.01.2012 documents worth more than €500 to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than €1,500 to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
