The products will be sent to the place you indicated in the Order Form by courier. The choice of shipping courier is at the discretion of our company.
– Shipments or pickups from our offices are made every day, except Sundays and holidays.
-The shipping cost is €3.08 (2 kg) + €1.11 (per additional kg) for the cities and capitals of prefectures characterized as affordable by the Courier Couriers (including VAT).
– Cash on delivery costs €3.60.
– Transport company (delivery to its warehouses or other transport Athens – Thessaloniki) 0.20 per kilo
-These charges concern areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as difficult to reach.
– For areas that are outside the service network (courier), and characterized as hard to reach, shipping costs will vary. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of the cost of transport after the Order Confirmation in writing and within a period of approximately 24 hours.
-If you do not agree with the transport costs, you are entitled within 8 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information to request the correction or cancellation of the order provided that the shipment has not been carried out. The expiry of this period will be proof of your agreement and acceptance of the transport costs.
– The execution of the order for the available products takes place within 24-48 hours and the shipping time should be added to it.
-LEMNIOS PANAGIOTIS will make every effort to ship the products to you within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
-For products whose availability is “MADE TO ORDER” or “LIMITED AVAILABILITY” and provided that they can be ordered from us, the delivery time is approximately 7-14 working days (Monday to Friday). The place of delivery is indicated on the Registration Confirmation. Ownership of the Product is transferred upon full payment and risk is transferred upon delivery.
